Do yourself some good,  and start your day with this amazing dairy-free Mango, Pineapple and Cranberries Smoothie.

Nothing beats the benefits of a healthy breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to sit down and enjoy a rich, nutrients-packed meal when you got to rush to work, uni or bring the kids to school.

That’s why a smoothie is the best way to easily add 2 portions of your 5 a day and all the nutrients fruits have, in less than 5 mins!

Chop, pulse, drink and you’re ready to go!

This recipe has all the ingredients you need to get your morning energy boost, it’s totally diary-free and no sugars are added. Simple and natural, this Mango, Pineapple and Cranberries smoothie includes 3 of the best super fruits recommended for your daily source of vitamins, antioxidants and many other health benefits.

Pineapple adds a natural juicy sweetness to the smoothie but it also contains bromelain, a digestive enzyme that helps break down food to reduce bloating.

Mangoes are high in antioxidants, which help protect vision and reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration (the leading cause of blindness in adults).

Cranberries are antibacterial and they can help treat and prevent urinary tract infections. Recent studies have also linked cranberries to the prevention of kidney stones and ulcers. Also, unsweetened cranberry juice makes an excellent mouthwash – researches show it can help kill bacteria and fight cavities!

I’ve added 1 tbsp of coconut chips to the smoothie, not only because adds a lovely flavour, but also because coconut is a good source of iron and protein.

As you can see, it takes literally 3 mins to improve drastically your daily income of vitamins, fibres and antioxidants.

So, grab your blender and start your day at the very best with this Mango, Pineapple and Cranberries smoothie!
