  • 1 medium-large carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 granny smith apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, stem removed
  • juice of half lime
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey (optional)
  • ½ glass water
  1. Mix all ingredients into a blender until smooth. Add agave nectar for a sweeter smoothie.
  2. Pour into a glass, or transfer into a bottle for a healthy energy burst on the go.
  3. Enjoy!
