Super Cool Watermelon Smoothie

  • 1 + ½ medium-large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup cubed watermelon, ripe
  • ½ ice cold glass water ( or coconut water)
  1. Add all ingredients in a Vitamix or similar powerful blender, and pulse until creamy and smooth.
  2. Serve immediately
