Vegan Apple Pie Smoothie

  • 2 large cored red apples (I used red delicious)
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup unsweetened organic almond milk ( or try the homemadeversion)
  • ½ cup Greek vegan yogurt ( or regular dairy yogurt if preferred)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground ginger
  • 3 pitted dates
  1. Toss all the ingredients in a powerful blender (I use a Vitamix).
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, for about 30 sec - 1 min.
  3. Serve immediately into large glasses. Top with a pinch of extra cinnamon and enjoy.
