  • 180gr /1+1/2 cups almond meal
  • 80gr /1 cup dessicated coconut flakes
  • 6 dried figs, soaked in warm water for 10 min
  • 1 tbsp date syrup ( or honey)

  1. Add all the crust ingredients into a food processor and mix together until you have a sticky well combined mixture.
  2. Put the mixture into a tart tin and use your fingers or the back of a spoon to spread it evenly, gently pressing it down in the tin to form the base.
  3. Put the tart in the freezer to set for about 5 mins.
  4. Spread yogurt evenly on top of your base.
  5. Top with sliced fruits and sprinkle with extra coconut flakes.
  6. Store in the coldest part of the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
