Homemade Baileys Irish Cream

  • 1-1/2 cups Jamison Irish whiskey
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon espresso coffee (or instant coffee)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Transfer mixture to a glass bottle with a tight-fitting lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
  3. Shake well before using and enjoy!
