Vegan Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 large cored red apples I used red delicious
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup unsweetened organic almond milk
  • ½ cup Greek vegan yogurt or regular dairy yogurt if preferred
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground ginger
  • 3 pitted dates

Instructions

  • Toss all the ingredients in a powerful blender (I use a Vitamix).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, for about 30 sec - 1 min.
  • Serve immediately into large glasses. Top with a pinch of extra cinnamon and enjoy.
