Ingredients

large cored red apples
I used red delicious
½
cup
ice cubes
1
cup
unsweetened organic almond milk
½
cup
Greek vegan yogurt
or regular dairy yogurt if preferred
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
a pinch of ground ginger
3
pitted dates
Instructions
Toss all the ingredients in a powerful blender (I use a Vitamix).
Blend until smooth and creamy, for about 30 sec - 1 min.
Serve immediately into large glasses. Top with a pinch of extra cinnamon and enjoy.
