- 60 ml Espresso coffee cooled
- 1 banana ripe
- 80 ml coconut milk
- 3 Ice cubes
- 2 tablespoon shredded dried coconut
Place bananas, coconut milk and shredded coconut into a blender.
Add the espresso coffee and ice cubes in.
Blend until smooth and serve straight away.
