Ingredients

  • 200 ml fresh homemade or store-bought carrot juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground ginger
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 ice cubes optional
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional

Instructions
