Ingredients

  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 50 ml high-quality Gin
  • 2 fresh strawberries 1 sliced and 1 for garnish
  • 40 ml Tonic water
  • Fresh mint sprig to garnish

Instructions

  • In a glass, squeeze the juice of the lemon wedge.
  • Fill the glass with ice and add the sliced strawberries.
  • Pour in the gin. Top with tonic water, garnish with the remaining strawberry and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
