Ingredients

cup/ 230ml
Homemade
Almond Milk
1
medium-large persimmon
1
apple
I use Red Delicious variety
a pinch of cinnamon or 2 mint leaves
both optional
Instructions
Remove leafy stem from persimmon and core the apple.
Throw all the ingredients in a powerful blender or Vitamix.
Serve into a large glass and enjoy straight away.
