  • 1 cup/ 230ml Homemade Almond Milk
  • 1 medium-large persimmon
  • 1 apple I use Red Delicious variety
  • a pinch of cinnamon or 2 mint leaves both optional


  • Remove leafy stem from persimmon and core the apple.
  • Throw all the ingredients in a powerful blender or Vitamix.
  • Serve into a large glass and enjoy straight away.
