Beat the heat with this dairy-free vegan pineapple summer smoothie - A healthy way to power yourself up at breakfast and throughout the day!

- 250 g fresh pineapple chopped
- 1 nectarine chopped
- ½ banana
- 5 ice cubes
- 200 ml coconut water or water
Mix all the ingredients in your blender ( I use a Vitamix), and blend for 1-2 mins or until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
