This Superfood smoothie bowl is packed with antioxidants, vitamins and energy. Vegan, GF and delicious.

Ingredients

For the smoothie:

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tbs honey or agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or water
  • 3 ice cubes

For the topping:

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1-2 strawberries
  • 1 tsp matcha tea

Instructions

  • Mix all the smoothie ingredients together in a blender, until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with the remaining ingredients.
  • Enjoy!
