1 medium-large carrot peeled and chopped 1 granny smith apple cored and chopped 1 cup fresh strawberries stem removed juice of half lime 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey optional ½ glass water
Mix all ingredients into a blender until smooth. Add agave nectar for a sweeter smoothie.
Pour into a glass, or transfer into a bottle for a healthy energy burst on the go.
