Ingredients

  • 1 medium-large carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1 granny smith apple cored and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries stem removed
  • juice of half lime
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey optional
  • 1/2 glass water

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients into a blender until smooth. Add agave nectar for a sweeter smoothie.
  • Pour into a glass, or transfer into a bottle for a healthy energy burst on the go.
