- 250 g softened butter approx 1.1 US cup
- 4 tablespoons Fulmer Acacia Honey approx ¼ US cup
- a pinch of salt optional
In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter.
Use a hand mixer or a whisk to mix the butter until creamy.
Gradually incorporate the honey into the butter, mixing until it's fully blended.
Once everything is well combined, transfer the honey butter into an airtight container.
You can store honey butter in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 48 hours.
For a longer shelf life, simply cover it and keep it refrigerated for up to two weeks.
Alternatively, you can freeze leftover butter into portions for up to 60 days.
When using the frozen batch, allow it to thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
