This super energy-boosting Mixed Berry Smoothie is perfect for a quick nutritious breakfast on the go! Loaded with fresh wholesome ingredients, naturally gluten-free and easily made vegan!

Place strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries in your blender. Add in the water and pulse to combine.
Fold in chopped banana, kefir and quinoa flour and blend on high for about 30 seconds, until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water (or almond milk).
Divide the mixed berry smoothie into two glasses and decorate with fresh berries and mint sprigs if desired.
You can easily substitute fresh berries with frozen berries, but you may need to add a little more liquid.
