Vegan Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 large cored red apples, I used red delicious
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 cup unsweetened organic almond milk
- ½ cup Greek vegan yogurt, or regular dairy yogurt if preferred
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- a pinch of ground ginger
- 3 pitted dates
Instructions
- Toss all the ingredients in a powerful blender (I use a Vitamix).
- Blend until smooth and creamy, for about 30 sec - 1 min.
- Serve immediately into large glasses. Top with a pinch of extra cinnamon and enjoy.
