One of my all-year-round favorite drinks, this simple coffee milkshake is a great treat any time. It takes literally 5 min to prepare and all you need is healthy simple ingredients like good-quality coffee, bananas and organic coconut milk.

Both banana and coconut are very sweet so I usually omit the sugar. They’re also packed with extra healthy nutrients that are super good for your body, and make this drink dairy-free and absolutely vegan.

Skinny Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Espresso coffee cooled
  • 2 Banana ripe
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • Ice cubes - Handful
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Place bananas, coconut milk and flakes into a blender.
  • Add coffee and ice cubes in.
  • Blend until smooth and serve straight away. Happy breakfast!!
