It takes literally 5 minutes to prepare and all you need is healthy simple ingredients like good-quality coffee, bananas, and organic coconut milk.
Both banana and coconut are very sweet so I usually omit the sugar. But feel free to add a little sugar to taste if necessary.
They're also packed with extra healthy nutrients that are super good for your body, and make this drink dairy-free and absolutely vegan.

Skinny Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients
- 60 ml Espresso coffee, cooled
- 1 banana, ripe
- 80 ml coconut milk
- 3 Ice cubes
- 2 tablespoon shredded dried coconut
Instructions
- Place bananas, coconut milk and shredded coconut into a blender.
- Add the espresso coffee and ice cubes in.
- Blend until smooth and serve straight away.

Hi, Andrea! I'm from Argentina and live in a little town far from cities so it's no easy for me to find some ingredients like coconut milk. Can I replace it in any way? I love your site! Thanks a lot!

Hi Claudia,thank you for liking my blog :)! No worries at all if you can't find coconut milk, I've also tried this milkshake with almond milk and other vegan alternatives ( soy, hazelnut) and even with simple coconut water 🙂 Also, if you don't have a dairy allergy, a splash of regular milk is ok too.

What a nice and refreshing smoothie recipe I recommend and for my side I put an extra
2 nespresso capsules instead of the coffee powder way more tasty that way and perfect for the morning!
